To connect using an Apple Mac, you will require the Windows App (Previously known as Microsoft Remote Desktop App) available from the MAC store.
Open the Windows App Application.
Click on the Plus + Icon then click Workspace.
Enter the URL of 'https://gw-3.cloud.microdec.com/RDWeb/Feed/webfeed.aspx'.
Enter your Username in the username field and password in the password field.
Click Add.
You will now have the Access Profile icon within the Windows App which you can double click to connect to Access Profile.
