Apple MAC OS does not have the Microsoft Remote Desktop installed which provides the RDP function (native to Windows, not MAC).
Please follow the below steps to setup the Profile shortcut:
To connect using an Apple Mac you will need the Microsoft Remote Desktop app available from the MAC store.
Click on the Microsoft Remote Desktop Icon on the MAC taskbar.
This will open the Microsoft Remote Desktop resources.
Select the Feed.
Enter the URL: https://gw-3.cloud.microdec.com/RDWeb/Feed/webfeed.aspx.
Enter your Username in the username field and Password in the password field.
Click Refresh and close the Remote Resources screen.
You will now have a Profile icon in the remote desktop launcher which you can double click to connect to Profile.
