Reinstall Profile as a RemoteApp on Windows

Follow these steps to reinstall Profile as a RemoteApp on Windows and restore access to the Profile system.

Regain access to the Profile system by following these steps:

📌 Note: You will need valid Cloud credentials before starting.

  1. On the computer, click on the Start Menu (indicated by the Windows Logo).

  2. Type RemoteApp and click RemoteApp and Desktop Connections.

  3. Click Remove, click OK, this will take you back to the RemoteApp and Desktop Connections.

  4. Click on Set up a new Connection with RemoteApp and Desktop connection.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Enter your Cloud username and password in the format CLOUD\username.

  7. If you would like the Profile icon to remember your password, select Remember me.

  8. Click Finish. The RemoteApp and Desktop Connections will reopen.

  9. Click View resources.

  10. Right-click and copy the Profile CLOUD icon.

  11. Paste this to your Desktop.
