To access Profile from a MAC device, the user will need to download the required application from the App Store.

  1. The User will need to download the Microsoft Remote Desktop 8 or Microsoft Remote Desktop 10 app available from the App Store.

  2. Click on the 'Microsoft Remote Desktop' Icon on the MAC taskbar, this will result in the launch of Microsoft Remote Desktop resources.

  3. In the top right of the application, click + and select Feed. (If using Microsoft Remote Desktop 10, this option will be named WorkSpace)

  4. In the Username field, enter the username for the license and in the password field, enter the password for the license.

πŸ“Œ Note: The credentials required are for the license, not the credentials of the Staff Record.

  5. Click Refresh.

  6. Close the Remote Resources screen. The User will now have a profile icon in the remote desktop launcher.

  7. Double-click the profile icon to connect to Profile.

πŸ“Œ Note: The Microsoft Remote Desktop application does not support cut and paste of images, only text.
