When logging into Profile the wrong user number logs in

This article explains what to do if a Profile shortcut is setup for one user in Windows but when they log in Profile logs in as a different user.

This will likely be due to a colleague having stored their user credentials on the device in which you are using. Please remove the stored credential by doing the following:

  1. Click Windows Start icon (bottom left).

  2. Type Credential Manager and then click Credential Manager.

  3. Click Windows Credentials.

  4. Remove any credentials stored here for the wrong user number for Profile.

Profile should now log in successfully as the intended user.
