If you are unable to log in to the Cloud:
Attempt to log into cloud.microdec.com using the users licence credentials.
π Note: For the Cloud Website, the format of the username needs to be: [email protected].
For the Windows security prompt, we advise to use: Cloud\username also same in the Remote App if previously installed.
If the above fails, ask the 01 account to log into cloud.microdec.com .
In the top right, click Manage Users.
Find and select the user who is unable to log in.
To unlock the account, click Unlock.
Click Reset Password. This will send a brand new password by email using the email settings of the related Staff record.
Advise the user to attempt to log in with the new Password which should allow the user to continue to log in.
If this issue continues, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the user struggling to log in.
