Please do the following:
On the computer, click on the Start Menu (indicated by the Windows Logo).
Type RemoteApp and click RemoteApp and Desktop Connections.
Click Remove, click OK, this will take you back to the RemoteApp and Desktop Connections.
Click on Set up a new Connection with RemoteApp and Desktop connection. On the left.
Enter the following URL: https://gw-3.cloud.microdec.com/RDWeb/Feed/Webfeed.aspx
Click NEXT.
Enter your Cloud username and password (CLOUD\RandomRecruitment01 for example).
If you would like the Profile Icon to remember your password, please tick Remember me.
Click Finish. The RemoteApp and Desktop Connections will reopen.
Click View resources.
Right-click and copy the Profile CLOUD icon.
Paste this to your Desktop.
