Logging in Error: Error code 100

This article explains what to do if, when logging into Profile you get the following error message: An error was encountered trying to find the details of the following file: \\*Profile Server*\profile7\p7data\wptmp\person\*Document* Error code 100

An error was encountered trying to find the details of the following file:
\\*Profile Server*\profile7\p7data\wptmp\person\*Document*
Error code 100
u_linkfile_edit_controller.uf_i_get_linkfile_details: Linkfile *filename* not found

[*Profile version* / *Date and time*]

This issue can occur when loading up Profile. This issue is produced when failing to load a Word temp file into your Profile session. These temp files are not required for your Profile session.

We suggest to visit the file path (\\*Profile Server*\profile7\p7data\wptmp\person\) and delete every document within the Person folder and once the Person folder has been cleared down, reload Profile and the error message will no longer appear.
