This error message identifies that Profile is unable to load the Word Temp files. As theses are only Temp files, these are not required but will have to be removed.
If you visit the above URL (*Server Name*\profile7\p7data\wptmp\*\) and delete every Word Document within this location and restart Profile, this error message will no longer appear.
