This error means the user's session of Profile has lost connection to the database server.

Profile will need to be closed and often the user will be able to log back in to re-connect to the server.

If the user is unable to log in and the error comes straight up, the network connection needs to be looked at. If all users get the error, someone with access to the database server should log on and check Profile is running on there. If so the issue is network related. If not contact Profile support for assistance.
