Terminate Session reoccurring

This article explains what to do if, when accessing Profile, you keep getting a Terminate Session window giving me the option to either Cancel or OK, but unable to avoid this message to continue.

This would mean the current session you are logged into has disconnected and you are able to reconnect.

The session will automatically log out after 3 hours so you can either wait or contact the Profile Support Desk by raising a new online case and the Profile Support Desk can help you manually log this session off.
