Due to a recent change from Microsoft, it is best to update the Server URL within your email settings as this is one of the items that has changed.
β οΈ Important: Please be aware you will need to be logged in as a System Admin to follow the below steps.
To solve this:
Navigate to System Admin menu, General, Email Settings.
If you are on Profile R10: System Admin menu, Database Configuration, Email Settings.Locate the Server URL
Replace the URL with: https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx
Click Save and log out and back into Profile.
