The message means the user does not have up to date e-mail credentials set up in the e-mail settings of Profile.
To update the e-mail in the message body there will be a username and password box that the user will be able to fill in and enter their e-mail credentials.
The most common cause is due to e-mail passwords needing to be reset on a regular basis.
You can change your own email settings here:
Click Manage and then click Email Settings (Profile V11) or
Click Utilities and then click User Email Settings (Profile R10).
β οΈ Important: If your Username and Password field is greyed out, you will need to ask your Profile System Admin to update your email settings as this would mean you would not have the required permissions to edit theses fields yourself.
