Subject Access Request Error

This article explains what to do if, when trying to run a Subject Access Request, you receive the following error: There is no valid method of output enabled. Please see your System Administrator.

⚠️ Important: A System Admin will need to amend the the permissions for the user who is encountering this issue.

The System Admin will have to:

  1. Head to System Admin menu and select User.

  2. Click View User and then Select the user.

  3. Go to Permissions (under Other Actions).

  4. their Print to Email permission will be disabled - enable this.

if the user is still logged on, they will need to log out of Access Profile and back in.
