⚠️ Important: A System Admin will need to amend the the permissions for the user who is encountering this issue.
The System Admin will have to:
Head to System Admin menu and select User.
Click View User and then Select the user.
Go to Permissions (under Other Actions).
their Print to Email permission will be disabled - enable this.
if the user is still logged on, they will need to log out of Access Profile and back in.
