Error: 'You have exceeded the maximum number of emails you can send in one attempt'

This article explains what to do if, when sending an email, Profile shows you the following error: You have exceeded the maximum number of emails you can send in one attempt

To resolve this, a System Admin user can:

  1. Go to System Admin Menu anbd then User

  2. Select View User and find the user who is encountering this issue

  3. Select the Additional ab.

  4. Increase the Limit Per Saved List field to increase the internal Profile Limit.

⚠️ Important: Please keep in mind once the System Admin changes this limit, the user will have to log out and back into Profile to gain the new limit.
