With Cloud, the licenses are assigned to people using the login username. For example on the Staff Record, the Login name will have to be the same as your license number as Randomrecruitment01.
A System Admin will have to amend your Login field on your Staff Record to your license and will have to make sure that the Integrated login is enabled. Once the above has been followed, please log back into Profile.

Profile login screen failure
