If a user needs their License password to be reset or to be unlocked, please ask the System Admin to follow the below steps:
Head to cloud.microdec.com within any Internet Browser and continue to log in as their license. Once logged in:
Click on the Manage Users option at the top right.
Locate the desired license and click on either Unlock or Reset Password.
Clicking on the Reset Password button, will send an email to the related email address within the email settings along with the new generated password.
