Reset Outlooks attached email account

I have an old License on the Cloud Platform that is being reused but when heading into Specials then Outlook, the email account of the previous user is appearing, how do I reset the Outlook account on this license?

As Outlook creates its own entry for the previous users email account, this remains when moving the license to a new user.
