Updating email settings for another user

How do I update another Staff Record's email settings.

πŸ“Œ Note: The user will have to be a System Admin to carry this task out.


If the System Admin navigates to:

  1. System Admin Menu,

  2. Then clicks Users and selects View User.

  3. Insert users name and double-click on desired staff record.

  4. Click on the Email Settings located under Other Actions menu (top left of the Staff Record).

You will be able to see the users email settings and you will be able to change the email settings from this window.
