⚠️ Important: A System Admin will have to carry this out.

Please make sure nothing is currently running the Scheduler. Once you have confirmed nothing is running, please proceed as follows:

  1. Click the Windows Start button (Windows Start Button)

  2. Type Services and click on the Services icon (Windows Services Icon).

  3. Find the Microdec Profile - Scheduler service and disable it (your IT may have to disable this for you if you are unable to dial onto your Profile database server).

Once the above Microdec Profile - Scheduler Service has been disabled, please proceed with the below steps relating to your Profile version:

Profile R10:

  1. Click System Admin Tab and then click Server Maintenance.

  2. Click Scheduler and then Task List.

  3. highlight desired task and click F8 on your keyboard to delete entry.

Profile V11:

  1. Click System Admin Menu and then click Service Maintenance.

  2. Click Scheduler Task List, highlight desired task, and click F8 on your keyboard to delete entry.

Once deleted, either start the Microdec Profile - Scheduler Service again or advise IT to turn this back on.

If you encounter any issues, please raise a new online case with the Profile Support team.
