Delete a record

This article explains how to delete a record in Access Profile.

⚠️ Warning: Please consider the following prior to deleting a record:

  • Once a record has been deleted from the database there is no way to recover it.

  • All corresponding Candidate/Person records are deleted when you delete a Contact record.

  • All corresponding Contact records are deleted when you delete a Candidate record.

  • To delete the Contact record only the User will need to delete the Career entry on the Candidate record.


Delete a record in Profile RPM

Follow the below steps to delete a record.

  1. Open Profile RPM and open the record you want to delete.

  2. Click Utilities (Process menu) and then click Delete Entire Record.

  1. Open Profile and then open the record you want to delete.

  2. Click Manage and then click Delete Entire Record.
