Add a hub template to a user record

This article provides information about how to attach a hub template to a staff or consultant record within Profile.

⚠️ Note: You have to be a system admin user to complete this.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Menu (System Admin) and then select Users.

  2. Select View user and locate desired record within User finder.

  3. Once staff record is open, go to the Additional tab.

  4. Under Hub and Dashboard, select relevant option from Hub dropdown list.

  5. Then ask staff to log out and back in to Profile.
