This issue can be occur if a Default Printer has not been selected on your local machine.
π Note: Before following the below steps, please make sure Profile has been closed down.
To check a default printer has been selected:
Open the Windows Start Menu.
Open Control Panel, Devices and Printers (under Hardware and Sound).
Check a printer has a green tick against it indicating this is the default printer.
If there is no printers with a green ticket, right-click on the desired or most used printer and click Set as default printer.
Reload Profile and visit the same record as previously which should load correctly.
If this issue continues, please raise a new case online with the Profile Support team.
