⚠️ Important: This would have to be done by a System Admin.
To do this:
Go to System Admin menu and choose Server Maintenance.
Select Backup Database.
Once you click on Backup Database, you will be asked to confirm you would like to do this before you continue as this can be a big task depending on the size of your database so we would suggest doing this at a quiet time or at the end of your business day.
The backup file will be saved within your Profile installation locations under ...\profile7\p7data\dbbackup\profile7.db. The easiest way to find this location would be to head back to:
Select the Process tab andthen select Utilities.
then click About Profile and the Profile Installation will show under Data Directory.
🤓 Tip: if you are in the About Profile menu and the Data Directory does not show, you will have to double click on the Profile RPM logo at the top left to show additional information.
