For On-Premise users, you should be able to see the desired printer in the drop down menu of available printers as expected.
For Cloud users, You will have to set the desired printer to Default Printer on the local PC as Profile Cloud will only bring through the default printer into the Cloud session.
To select the default printer:
Windows 11
To manually choose a default printer:
Select Start and then select Settings.
Select Bluetooth & devices and then Printers & scanners.
In the Printers & scanners window, under Printer preferences, make sure Let Windows manage my default printer is switched Off.
In the list of installed printers at the top of the Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners window, select the desired printer to be set as the default.
π€ Tip: If the desired printer isn't displayed in the list of printers, see the section below on installing a printer.
In the Printer window, next to the printer's name, select the Set as default button. The Printer status: under the printer's name changes to Default.
π Note: If the Set as default button isn't visible next to the printer's name, make sure the setting Let Windows manage my default printer from one of the previous steps is switched Off.
You will have to restart Profile for this to take affect.
Windows 10
To manually choose a default printer:
Select Start and then select Settings.
Select Devices and then select Printers & scanners.
In the Printers & scanners window, make sure the option Let Windows manage my default printer is not selected.
Under Printers & scanners, select the desired printer to be set as the default and then select the Manage button.
π€ Tip: If the desired printer isn't displayed in the list of printers, see the section below on installing a printer.
In the Manage your device window, under Printer status:, select the Set as default button. The Printer status: changes to Default.
π Note: If the Set as default button isn't visible under Printer status:, make sure the setting Let Windows manage my default printer from one of the previous steps isn't selected.
You will have to restart Profile for this to take affect.
Windows 11 - Install a printer
To install a network or wireless printer:
Make sure that the printer is turned on and connected to the same network as the Windows device.
β οΈ Important: For wireless printers, make sure the printer is on the same wireless network as the Windows device.
For more information on connecting a printer to a network, see the printer's documentation or the printer manufacturer's website.On the Windows device where the network/wireless printer needs to be added, select Start and then select Settings.
Then select Bluetooth & devices and then select Printers & scanners.
In the Printers & Scanners window, check to see if the printer is already installed in the list of installed printers.
If the printer isn't installed, in the Printers & Scanners window, next to Add a printer & scanner, select the Add device button.
A list of printers is displayed. It might take a few minutes for the list of printers to finish populating. Next to the desired printer select the Add Device button.

After the printer installs, check Windows Update to see if there are updated drivers for the printer.
If the printer isn't found automatically, next to The printer that I want isn't listed, select Add a new device manually. In the Add Printer window that opens, follow the instructions.
