When using Profile, a lot of features are available for you to use but the Help File is there to help gain a better clarity of what each section/function of Profile does and how it can contribute to your daily tasks.
To access Help File, you can either click on Help located at the top right of Profile or hit F1 on your keyboard which acts a shortcut.
Dependent on the screen you are currently in within Profile, when you access the Help File, this will auto jump to the most related Help File article in relation to your current process.
You can always browse the other articles within the Help File by clicking Open topic with navigation located at the top left.
