Crashed/Frozen session within Cloud Profile

My session freezes, crashes or becomes unable to respond.

If you encounter a session that freezes, crashes or becomes unable to respond, you can hit CTRL + ALT + END and click Sign Out.

⚠️ Important: This will sign out your whole Profile session so please keep in mind any unsaved work will be lost.

If any issues continue, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please also include the following information:

  • The specifics of what the user is confronted with.

  • The user's License name and number.

  • Contact information for the user.

We can review your session and reset your session if need be.
