Crashed/Frozen session within Cloud Profile

My session freezes, crashes or becomes unable to respond.

If you encounter a session that freezes, crashes or becomes unable to respond, you can hit CTRL + ALT + END and click Sign Out.

⚠️ Important: This will sign out your whole Profile session so please keep in mind any unsaved work will be lost.


If any issues continue, please contact us via the MyAccess portal and reference the title of this article. Please also include the following information:

  • The specifics of what the user is confronted with.

  • The user's License name and number.

  • Contact information for the user.

We can review your session and reset your session if need be.
