If you head to Code Maintenance and locate the Code Heading of the Code Type you want to enabled and check the Other Usages of the Code Heading, this will show you what other available locations within Profile this type of Code is able to be used in.
If the location of where you would like to use your desired code type is not within the Other Usages list, please raise a new online case with the Profile Support team.
