The Vacancy must reach the below criteria:
Today's date must fall between the Opened and Closed date,
The Agreed Fee, Payment Terms, Income Lower and To fields must be filled in,
The selected Status code must have the Other Usage Opportunity Record Status Success disabled.
🤓 Tip: To check if Opportunity Record Status Success is disabled for your desired code, head to System Admin Menu ; General ; Code Maintenance ; Heading: Opportunity Record Status (Usage Code: 119) - select the desired code and you will see within the Other Usage the current status of the Opportunity Record Status Success for the selected code.
