⚠️ Important: This will have to be carried out by a System Admin.
To do this:
Go to the System Admin Menu then click User and then View User.
Go to Other Actions then Email Settings and take a note of the original email,
Change the Email Address field to the person who wants to receive as this is the field that the new password will be sent to.
Once changed and Saved, the 01 license can head to cloud.microdec.com and at the top will be a Manage Users. You will be able to use the Reset Password against the license number of the original user to send a new password to the email address stated in the Email Address field amended previously.
⚠️ Important: Once sent, repeat the steps at the top but change it back to the team members original Email (unless specified).
