Adding IP addresses to Whitelist for Web API

This article explains what to do if you are looking to add a new IP address to be whitelisted for use with the Web API module.

Please raise a new online case with the Profile Support team and they can complete this for you.

📌 Note: Once they have said this has been added, it can take up to 60 minutes for it to be active.

⚠️ Important: If you would like an IP range to be added - this would need to be converted to a CIDR (Classless Inter-Domain Routing) address for the Support desk to be able to add this.
