I am unable to close, cancel or make any status changes to a vacancy due to the error message.
This validation check message appears when the vacancy in question has a temporary booking event, that has a start date prior to the vacancy start date, or when the temporary booking event has an end date after the vacancy end date.
The vacancy start and end date can be found within the general page of the vacancy.
To rectify the issue:
Please ensure every temporary booking's start and end date is filled in. If the end date is not filled in, the system will assume the booking will last forever and that would fall outside of the vacancy end date.
Please ensure every temporary booking within a temporary vacancy has the start and end date within its vacancies' date range.
If you are certain there are no temporary bookings outside of the vacancy date range, please raise a new online case with the Profile helpdesk for further support.
