Unable to find new Candidate in Quick Search bar (V11)

This article explains what to do if you have created a new candidate but when searching for their name within the Quick Search Bar, you are unable to locate the new candidate.

When the candidate was created, the record has not been given a Type (Permanent, Temp, Exec etc).

To find them, you can go into your History (top right of Profile) to locate the user or else navigate to:

  1. Select Reports & Lists and then select Intelligent Reports.

  2. Select Candidates and choose New Candidates.

Once within the new candidates record, go into the Types Tab and make the relevant Type status as Active.
