Error with multi-factor authentication

This article explains what to do if you get the following error: Presented multi-factor authentication has expired due to policies configured by your administrator, you must refresh your multi-factor authentication to access.

If you see this error message, you need to re-authenticate your email connection by following the steps below:

  1. From the Main menu click Manage, then click Email Settings.

  2. Click Test in the email settings and a popup window opens.

  3. In the popup window enter your email address and email password.

  4. In the next step choose to receive a text or call for a security code.

  5. Enter the security code and your emails will now re-authenticate.
