Email screen freezing when selecting a template

This article explains what to do if, when emailing out of Access Profile, having selected a template, the screen freezes and nothing can be selected.

To overcome the screen freezing:

  1. Hold down the Alt key and then press the tab key. The screen will scroll through the various open windows.

  2. Look for a Word window showing the following message:
    mailmerge.doc caused a serious error last time it was opened would you like to continue?

  3. Click Yes. Access Profile will start working again.
