The 01 license user or a System Admin user can go to cloud.microdec.com and log in with their Profile license.

From here click on <b>Manage Users</b> at the top right - the top portion will show the currently used/free space of both your Shared Documents (Shared Drive) and the Profile database itself.

This article explains how to see the amount of data used in the database and the Shared Documents area of the cloud version of Access Profile.
