⚠️ Important: To create new KPI Measure, you will need the KPI Configuration Module.
You will need to:
Head to System Admin Menu and then select Report Management,
Select KPI Roles.
Once the KPI Roles menu has opened, please continue to highlight the desired KPI Measure on the left and click the Add button.
🤓 Tip: We suggest once you have made amendments to the KPI configuration, it is best to regenerate your KPI data if the data is required urgently.
To do this:
Go to System Admin Menu and then select Server Maintenance
Select KPI Statistics Update and then select the Regenerate Data option and fill the desired To and From date.
